How do you clear the tunnels connecting konohana and bluebell?

If you participated in enough cooking festivals to mend the friendship between the mayors,
you might see a request from Eileen to fix the tunnel between the towns.Hope this helps

This is done in 3 stages. You must participate in Cooking Festivals. Even if you lose the
Cooking Festival it will help. At the end of a festival the Harvest goddess will appear
and show a meter with hearts (10 of them) on it. As you participate the hearts will start
to fill up. When you get 3 hearts you will unlock a request called 'Through The Tunnel'
from Bluebells Carpenter (Irene or something). She will demand 10 Lumber and 10 Material
Stone (1 Star or more). This will allow you to break through the tunnel. She can only
break through part of it though. Keep participating and evntually you will get to 6
hearts. Again, you will get a request. Same everything except the Stone and Lumber must be
2 stars or more. Once again carry on participating until you get to 10 hearts. Wait until
the end of the month and you will get the final 'Through The Tunnel' Request, same again
but the Stone and Lumber must be 3 or more stars. Do this and then there is a load of
events and parties next day. They last all day and finally you get a false ending. Back
next day with the tunnel fully unlocked. The Harvest Goddess also said when you unlocked
the whole tunnel that she has hidden some secret passages inside the tunnel which when
found behind rocks contain precious stones and gems. I do not know the entrances to the
secret passages but that is for another post.
